dress me up *} A sorrel stallion with long light brown wings that sprout from his shoulder blades and extend to over the height of his body. He stands at 15.2 which is quite small for the creatures that roam the land but not for his quarter horse heritage. He is not exceptionally beautiful in anyway, more bulky and strong. His skull is slender with a slight roman nose, so he has a bit of a gladiator appearance. His body is void of all color other than sorrel, for he is a plain fellow in both personality and design.

dress rehersal*} He is a simpleton, to put it kindly. He is not completely stupid, but he is easily fooled. Females are his soft spot. He feels the need to be a 'prince charming', so to speak, whenever they appear to be in danger. He is not a romancer of sorts, just feels protective over the innocent. Dakota easily forgives ones who have wronged him and will often be deceived again and again because of that trait. He is loyal to his herd until the end, often going against his morals to please his lead stud. Dakota himself had tried once to be a leader, but he found himself lacking. He was more of a warrior of sorts than a leader.

cut in half*} Dakota has chosen to worship the gorgeous Apollo because he is the leader all things romantic. True, Dakota is more of the warrior type, but he has always enjoyed music and poetry. He is not a smart stud, but he himself has often written a sonnet or two, something to get his mind off the fae's that always seem to leave him. Also, he follows a great tradition of Pegasus before him. All of the males in his lineage have been fire element, while all of the females have been of the air element. He is an honest and hardworking character who is willing to defend his god with the thing most precious to him, his life.

start the show*} He was born to a loving mother and father. His older brother often picked on him, they play fought all the time. He loved his brother, mother, father, and eventually his sister that came along. Because his lineage was known for becoming warriors, Dakota was taught how to fight from the very beginning. True, he is only three now, but he has learned more than most would expect.

He had one love, her name was Angel. She was a beautiful unicorn whom he devoted all of his attention to. He chased after her to the ends of the earth and she loved the attention he showered upon her. Until one day she grew bored of him and his constant and unwavering love and attention. She wanted passion in her life while he was a boring character that was used to an every day routine. So she left simply, and he was left alone at the young age of two and a half.

Recently, he revisited his homeland where his family was located. He found wreckage from his herd. The stud was too sick to his stomach to look for his family among the bodies, but he could smell the distinct perfume and cologne from his mother and father. He couldn't believe it, but he knew in his heart that they were dead. He still holds hope that one day he will find his brother and sister, and be reunited.
